Richard Heart, the creator of the HEX token, has recently been placed on Interpol’s Red Notice list. This notice comes as a result of allegations of tax fraud and violent assault against Heart, who is also known for his involvement in other crypto projects such as PulseChain and PulseX.

Interpol has issued the Red Notice for Richard James Schueler, a US citizen born on October 9, 1979, requesting law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and detain him for extradition. The allegations against Schueler include failing to comply with tax obligations, resulting in tax evasion amounting to hundreds of millions of euros, as well as a violent assault on a 16-year-old victim.

Despite the charges brought against him, Richard Heart remains defiant, stating that he is focused on making a positive impact on the world. He believes that certain entities are conspiring against him and expresses confidence in the new Trump administration’s ability to support his projects. Heart seems unphased by the allegations, claiming that there is nothing that can stop the success of his projects.

Earlier this year, Heart and his legal team submitted a letter to Judge Carol Bagley Amon of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York to address the allegations of securities fraud made by the SEC. The price of the HEX token saw a 30% increase following the announcement of the Red Notice, despite a 50% decrease in market capitalization in December. PulseX’s total value locked also experienced fluctuations, reaching $700 million before falling to $534 million.

In conclusion, the controversy surrounding Richard Heart’s inclusion on Interpol’s Red Notice list has sparked both intrigue and concern within the crypto community. As the founder of HEX and other projects, Heart’s legal battles and the impact on his projects have drawn attention from investors and enthusiasts alike. It remains to be seen how these developments will unfold and what the future holds for Heart and his ventures.
